45th Annual Early Bird Bonanza
Early Bird registration is now open for the 2024 Camp Deer Creek season!
Camp Deer Creek offers a discount to all families who pay, in full, for the 2024 summer camp session by January 21, 2024.

The reduced rates are listed to the left. To take advantage of these rates, simply complete the Early Bird enrollment form (also available to the left) and mail it with a check, made out to Camp Deer Creek, for your total balance by January 21, 2024. Any registration changes and any money due to Camp Deer Creek after January 21st will be based on our regular 2024 camp rates.

Tuition includes lunches, swim towel, and transportation (if available for your area). Please see our Enrollment Policies below for more information on our cancellation and refund policies.

We are not able to accept credit/debit card payments at this time.

Camp will NOT be in session Thursday, July 4.

Medical Form
Please have the medical form completed by a doctor and returned by one week before your camper's first day of camp. This form is mandatory! We cannot permit your child to attend camp without a health form signed by your physician. A nurse is on staff daily to assist in any health care matters.

Full Nine Week Scholarship -- $3375.00 Refund!
All full season (nine week) enrollments that are postmarked and paid by Saturday, January 20, 2024 will be entered into a drawing on Friday, January 26, 2024 at 3:00 pm. The parents of the camper whose full-season registration card is drawn will have their $3375.00 refunded immediately.

33rd Annual Earliest Bird Giveaway -- $375.00 Refund!
Camp Deer Creek also offers a giveaway for those campers who are quicker than most. Send an Early Bird registration with full payment to our P.O. Box by Tuesday, December 19, 2023 to be eligible for the Earliest Bird giveaway drawing. All received enrollment forms (for any number of weeks) that have been postmarked and paid by Tuesday, December 19, 2023 will be entered into a drawing on Friday, December 22, 2023 at 3:00 pm. The winner will receive an immediate refund of $375.00 dollars. If the winner is also a full season registration, the camper is still eligible for the nine-week scholarship drawing.

ENROLLMENT POLICIES
CREDIT
Credit from 2023 will be accepted toward camp registrations for 2024. Please note that credit is applied in dollars to your total balance, NOT as a number of weeks purchased. Therefore, outstanding balance may remain after credit has been applied.

REFUND POLICY
Full refunds will be provided for all registrations cancelled prior to 5 PM on APRIL 1, 2024, either directly or as credit for the 2025 camp season.
Any cancellations after this date will be considered non-refundable.

ENROLLMENT CHANGES
Camp Deer Creek understands that families may need to change enrollment dates after their initial registration. We strive to be as flexible as possible and will make every effort to enroll your child in the weeks that work best for your family. However, because of limitations on the number of campers on our buses and in our groups, it will not always be possible to switch weeks of enrollment. We ask for your understanding of the possible limitations of last-minute changes; to avoid any issues, please let us know ASAP if a change needs to be made to the enrollment of your camper(s).
