Join us for an unforgettable summer filled with fun, friendship, and exploration. Pittsburgh's oldest and finest children's day camp running since 1933. June 8th - August 7th, 2026, open to campers age 4 to 15.
Standard 2026 Rates & Schedule
Our regular registration rate is $475 per week. We require a deposit at the time of registration of $200 per week, with the remainder due by May 1, 2026. Please feel free to email or call us with any questions!
Below are the dates for each week of camp, along with the theme of that week's Special Friday. You can choose any number and combination of weeks — they do not need to be consecutive.
Week 1 - Anything Goes: June 8th to June 12th
Week 2 - H2O: June 15th to June 19th
Week 3 - Pirate: June 22nd to June 26th
Week 4 - Luau: June 29th to July 3rd
Week 5 - Gold Rush: July 6th to July 10th
Week 6 - Olympic: July 13th to July 17th
Week 7 - Superhero: July 20th to July 24th
Week 8 - H2O II: July 27th to July 31st
Week 9 - CDC's Birthday!: August 3rd to August 7th
Enrollment Information
• Our enrollment system for the 2026 season is handled by CampMinder. The entire process can be completed electronically at the link above. Simply create a new account or log in with your username and password to arrive at the Registration Homepage. Make sure to select "Sign Up", rather than using the "Forgot Password" option. From there, you can start a new application, continue an unfinished application, view your financial statements, or manage your household information.
Enrollment Policies
Camp Fees
Standard enrollment requires a deposit of $200 per week at time of enrollment to secure your camper's spot, which is applied towards your camper's total balance due. Payment in full is due by May 1, 2026.
Payment Methods
We accept payment by credit card (with a 3.2% processing fee), eCheck/ACH payment (with a 1% processing fee), or physical check/cash (no fee). We are not currently able to accept debit cards. Checks should be made out to Camp Deer Creek and mailed to PO Box 305, Indianola PA, 15051.
Refund Policy
Full refunds are available for cancellations made by 5 PM on May 1, 2026. Cancellations after this date are non-refundable. All cancellation requests should be emailed to campdeercreekonline@gmail.com with the names of campers and weeks to be cancelled. We are not able to provide refunds after May 1, even in the case of illness or travel. We can work with you to transfer your camper's enrollment to another week, dependent on availability. Processing fees are not refundable.
Enrollment Changes
Camp Deer Creek understands that families may need to adjust their enrollment dates. We strive to be as flexible as possible, though changes are subject to availability. Please notify us as early as possible for any adjustments.
